The energy and effort put it, finds it way back but without profit. 

Pro is beyond, is ahead, is excess, is too much. 

It’s an Investment meaning minus plus that what comes out of it resulting in zero. 

Zero is the goal of amortizing. 
Amor - love, love the zero as you love yourself. 

No plus, no zero, zero - the average. 

More or less, piu meno, mehr oder weniger, pi mal Daumen, 
give or take, plus minus gut.
